Dragon Ball XENOVERSE 2 is Coming for Consoles and PC, Announcement Trailer Released
Sequel to last year's fighting game arrives on PS4, Xbox One, and PC later this year; no mention of PS3 or Xbox 360.
Bandai Namco announced today that Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is coming to PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One. The company will release the sequel to last year's Dragon Ball Xenoverse later this year.
Xenoverse the first game was released in February 2015 and was not the most popular Dragon Ball game. The story spoke to many people, but the gameplay was not just like a DB fighting game should be.
More details about how this game expands on its predecessor, which offered extensive character customization, will be revealed at this year's E3 in June. For now, Bandai Namco promises that this game will feature "the most detailed Dragon Ball world ever developed."
“The Dragon Ball franchise is a crown jewel and a perennial fan-favorite of Bandai Namco Entertainment’s robust anime video game portfolio and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will build upon that illustrious legacy. With Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, we’re working diligently with the Dimps team to pull out all the stops and push the Dragon Ball video game experience to new heights,” said Namco.
In Dragonball Xenoverse you can create your own character and then you can choose from the five major races. This is something many people are attracted to the game, and despite the many mistakes that had the game, he gave it back a lot of extras and fresh ideas. Hopefully we get Xenoverse second best of the old fighting games with the MMORPG element of Xenoverse 1.
